What customers want to know before the project

What does the consulting cost, and what is the free call?
The first 30-minute technical call is free. It serves to classify your question. The consulting in the project is then quoted effort-based and transparently.
Do you review my entire drawing in the process?
No. In consulting we work on the points you bring in. A systematic review of the whole document is a separate service: the drawing review in three levels.
Is your interpretation legally binding?
No. We deliver a technically substantiated interpretation in line with the standards, as a basis for your decision and for alignment with customers and suppliers. It is not legal advice. The body of standards itself knows no single binding interpretation.
Who decides on the drawing and its release in the end?
You do. Responsibility for the drawing, the product and the release stays with you. We deliver the metrological and normative basis for it. No functional guarantee for the part is associated with this.
Remote or at our site?
Both, whichever leads to the result faster. For an initial clarification a web session with screen sharing is usually enough; for workshops and project rounds we come to you.
